Details: A student from Burkina Faso developed an easy and cost-effective system that allows to make a Veronica bucket from ordinary plastic tanks. It’s a simple plastic tap with a screw joint which can be easily fixed on the bottom of a tank.

Details: The Veronica bucket is a simple and popular tool for washing hands. Its popularity is due to its extreme simplicity: it is a simple bucket with a tap on the bottom, which is why there are many plastics industries that produce it in series. It is easily available in many countries even if it is not very cheap, however it can be replicated with recycled materials.
